Fonderie Mora Gavardo Cast iron foundry has specialized in the production of iron castings for over 70 years.

The factory is located in Gavardo, a village near Brescia, and extends over an area of 60.000 square metres, 30.000 thereof are under cover.
The experience gained from over 70 years of production in both national and international markets, together with our ongoing research in many diverse areas enables us to develop the following products with professional competence: gray iron – ductile cast iron (see cast iron datasheet).

Large production capacity

The production capacity, with the present equipment and the available workforce, amounts to 30.000 ton/year. The production process is constantly monitored through chemical analysis and quality controls which essentially support the modern and computerized machinery.
The high quality of the products produced together with the constant development of our technology permit FMG Cast iron foundry to meet the requirements of its wide range of customers, from the small manufacturers to the large multinational industrial groups.

From codesign to mechanics machining

Thanks to the expertise acquired from the implementation of specific solutions for the highly demanding industry fields as Energy and Marine, Fonderie Mora Gavardo today can offer its customers a comprehensive service which includes complementary stages along the supply chain.

We are able to offer extensive support to our customers from the product co-design, analysis of the most suitable materials through to the manufacture, assembly, finishing in the workshop, packaging and transport.

The synergy of the companies in the Camozzi Manufacturing Division, FMG Cast iron foundry and Innse Milano (heavy machining), enables us to offer the customer a comprehensive service which ranges from the manufacture of the product to the subsequent machining, whilst optimizing logistics and supply chain management.
